I just wanted to say thank you so much for the beautiful music you played for Richard and I at our wedding at Nunsmere on 14th May. The harp was perfect and your recommendations and choice of music during the reception were beautiful. Lots of people commented on how nice the harp and music were.
With best wishes and kind regards

On behalf of the Maelor Music Society may I thank you and Annette for such a wonderful concert in Henley on Wednesday Evening (23.02.2011).
The feedback has been fantastic already, and your performance helps societies like ours to grow and promote and makes it a two way excercise.
We know you enjoyed yourselves in our company and hope you had a safe journey home.
Best Wishes

On this tour the choir is joined by two fine prize-winning musicians, harpist Dylan Cernyw and tenor John Eifion. Cernyw performed two works, one by ‘Glinka’ and the other ‘Watching the White Wheat’. After the choir, the subtle texture of the harp provided a nice mood change and Cernyw performed with virtuoso skill in the later work.

We’d like to thank you for making our special day so wonderful. I’ve never heard a harp played with such skill. Once again thank you

The Soloist for the Concert with Cantorion Glan Alun will be harpist Dylan Cernyw (Welsh for Cornwall) who, despite his youth – he is in his 20s – has established a repertoire ranging from baroque through classical to jazz, for which he is in great demand at home and abroad.

You may be surprised to hear from us but I write partly to repeat to you the fact that you were a very big hit with your performance, and not only with the ladies. Literally everybody was saying what a marvellous performance, I would listen to him again given half a chance.

On behalf of the Committee and members of the Stockport Branch of the Welsh Guards Association, I would like to thank you very much for your Recital at our Association Dinner in Stockport, March 2002. You added a distinct touch of class to an occasion, at which we always try to be an event which people enjoy and will remember. You have helped us in this regard and from what our friends say, they will talk about you and the event, for a long time to come. We enjoyed your undoubted talent very much and your professionalism speaks volumes for all the hard work you must have put in to reach the level you have reached.
David Burton, Stockport Branch of the Welsh Guards Association. West Kirby, Wirral -
Dylan was absolutely wonderful, he is so talented, we couldn’t be happier! He played so beautifully and he very kindly learned several Elvis Songs for me on extremely short notice! (having sent him a tape Monday and the wedding was on the following Saturday!). He played them all brilliantly.

Its been a pleasure – for many years now – to be able to share the stage with Dylan, one of the most versatile and busiest harpists that we have in Wales. There his call for his performance and playing regularly on some of our largest festivals, Concert Halls, Eisteddfodau and recording studios, and of course special occasions where the sound of the harp would add to any special occasion. He is not just your traditional harpist, he is also just at ease playing Jazz, Cerdd Dant, Classical and of course some of our most famous welsh airs. It’s always a pleasure working with high standard musicians, especially if they have a nice personality. Dylan is among these, he is sensitive, kind, witty and humorous. It’s been a great pleasure in producing his CD ‘Hirddydd Haf / Summertime’ and can guarantee that it will appeal to a very wide audience world wide.

It’s a great pleasure for me to introduce Dylan Cernyw’s third CD with Sain recordings. Dylan has been an accompanist and a member of Ysgol Glanaethwy Choir for a number of years, and have been fortunate to have his services during a very busy and exciting time at Ysgol Glanaethwy. During the number of concerts that we have given in the past few months, we have had the pleasure in hearing some of the tracks from his album that you are about to hear. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Dylan manages to put his own stamp on the tracks, so sit back, put your feet up and pour yourself a large glass of wine, and let Dylan do the rest. Enjoy!

As a guest soloist on Caernarfon Male Choir’s recent tour to Ontario, Dylan’s accomplishment captivated the audience. His ability to give a modern flair to traditional airs was thrilling. On his recording you can also feel the zest in his playing.
