Dylan Cernyw

Concerts & Recitals / Cyngherddau a Datganiadau Preifat

Dylan Cernyw has performed all over the world as a concert harpist and harp accompanist.  He has a very wide and varied programme and a repertoire ranging from classical to traditional, easy listening to rag and jazz.

Dylan will create a programme for your concert or recital that is appropriate for the requirements of the venue and audience.   He performs on a traditional Concert Harp, a Late Erard Gothic Harp, a Celtic Harp and also on an Electric Harp (‘Silhouette’)  made by the Lyon and Healy Harp company in Chicago.   Dylan is as comfortable and happy to perform at a small village hall as he is in large concert halls such as The Royal Albert Hall in London, The Albert Halls in Sterling and The Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto, Canada. No matter where the venue you can be sure that the audience will be enthralled with his repertoire and virtuoso playing.

Dylan has performed many times on live TV programmes as well as pre recorded television programmes such as Songs of Praise for the BBC, Heno S4C, Bryn Terfel Scholarship for S4C,  National Eisteddfod of Wales Concerts and the Urdd National Eisteddfod shows.

Dylan not only performs as a soloist in his own right, he is also one half of the Harp and Piano duet “Piantel” having just celebrated 10 years of performing and recording together, he is also one half of the Jazz and blues style Harp Duet “Arpe Dolce” and recently joined forces with “Two Blonds and a Harp”.
